Working with the Dolan Team was absolutely seamless. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect, but working with the Dolans was absolutely the right choice! Bryce was amazing, and quickly picked up on the types of houses we were looking for before we even knew! Bryce worked with Patrick to make sure every little detail was taken care of and when we finally purchased our dream house, we felt completely informed about all of the paper work and little details, leading us to not feel an ounce of stress or worry. Patrick and Bryce both were very reassuring and knowledgeable about every step and never left us in the dark. They were kind, comforting, and welcoming every step of the way.

Steph and Jessica were both amazing, and were always at our beck and call, answering any question (silly or not) with lightning speed. Steph also kept us up to date on every detail, and left a heavy paper trail in our emails so we are never without any of the paperwork- from start to finish.
